Payment and shipping

The following conditions apply:

Supplier countries:

We deliver from Rostock 🇩🇪

• to the entire EU 🇪🇺
• Switzerland 🇨🇭
• UK 🇬🇧

Shipping costs (including legal value added tax)

Deliveries to EU countries 🇪🇺:
We calculate the shipping costs as follows:
EU: 5,90 Euro
From an order value of 169 Euro you got free shipping.

 

Deliveries to Switzerland 🇨🇭:
We calculate the shipping costs incl. customs clearance to Switzerland as follows:
Switzerland: 19,90 CHF
From an order value of 200 CHF the shipping costs 9,90 CHF

 

Deliveries to UK 🇬🇧: £15 (minimum order value = £50)
Free Shipping to UK from £200.
We pay all the taxes and tolls.

Delivery times

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, the delivery of the goods in the domestic market (Germany) within 1 - 2 days, for foreign deliveries within 5 - 28 days after the conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed prepayment after the date of your payment instruction).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made other agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.
