The assembly instructions are a bit confusing at first, but overall they’re logically structured. I find the quality to be very good, and in my opinion, the price is ultimately fair. Both the concept and the execution are very well done. It would be nice to have two additional holes on the long side so the lid can also be opened sideways. I haven’t been able to test the functionality—including the shower—yet, since it’s currently winter. Overall, however, I can definitely recommend the BOXIO WASH PLUS and would buy it again.

This is the perfect size for a micro camper. It fits under the seat for travel and has a spot for when the camper is parked. Some reviews have said they think the capacity is small, but I think it’s ideal for keeping the size compact. Water is easy to empty and refill. I keep another water container to refill and use for drinking, etc. The fact that it doesn’t need any power is great—and the pressure is fine for what you need while camping.

It’s super small, and once you pump it up, the pressure lasts for about 5 seconds. The idea is there.

The pump works perfectly! I never want to go on the road without this sink again! This sink is a real upgrade when it comes to camping! We also mounted a lamp above the mirror—it definitely makes sense. We recommend packing an extra drinking water canister, because you wouldn’t believe how much water is used, even when using it sparingly.

The sink is a great product with high-quality parts. However, the water tubes keep kinking and twisting, which restricts the flow. I haven’t figured out how to fix it yet. It was also missing a seal that’s shown in the various YouTube videos on how to assemble it.

Regarding the kinking: A little trick from our community is to shorten the hoses slightly so they lie more straight, or use some warm water to make them extra flexible before positioning the tanks. That usually stops the twisting! As for the missing seal—if something was missing from your box, we’ll fix it right away. We want your BOXIO WASH to be 100% leak-proof.

The instructions are insufficient. The steps should be described in more detail. This makes things unnecessarily difficult. Please improve this. Also, the hand pump comes loose too easily. Could a safety lock be included here as well?

The sink setup performs and works as intended. My only complaint is that it’s not possible to make any modifications to the setup....i.e., connecting the faucet to a larger water supply...and pump. But that’s not what it’s designed for :)

Hey, do you have a hot water solution? So, is the boxio wash a solution for a portable handwashing sink in the food service industry where hot water is required?

Thank you very much for your inquiry! The BOXIO WASH has a maximum temperature of 40 degrees Celsius. Please note that the temperature cannot be adjusted via the faucet. The WASH unit itself cannot produce hot water.
