BOXIO, a Rostock-based manufacturer of modular camping accessories, is launching a new product line featuring the TOILET XL and the WASH XL . The new models are based on the company’s proven Eurobox system but feature a modified height, resulting in larger canisters and containers. As a result, they offer users significantly more capacity and greater self-sufficiency while traveling. This is particularly convenient when traveling with a group and using the BOXIO WASH for showering as well. Upgrading existing products is easy and especially sustainable.

TOILET XL: In the dry-separation toilet, the solid waste container has increased from 5.7 to 8 liters (+2.3 liters / +40 percent). The urine canister now holds 7 liters instead of 5 (+2 liters / +40 percent).

WASH XL: The mobile sink comes with enlarged fresh water and wastewater tanks. These now each hold 7 liters (previously 2 x 5 liters). This provides a total of 4 liters (+40 percent) more volume.
Proven basic dimensions, increased volume
The basic dimensions of the new XL products remain unchanged. This ensures full compatibility within the system: The new boxes stack seamlessly with all current and future Euroboxes from BOXIO. The increase in capacity is made possible solely by the taller design of the boxes (32 cm instead of the previous 28 cm). For the integrated containers, this results in a volume increase of approximately 40 percent. Aside from the height and tank volume, all other accessories, specifications, materials, and functions remain identical to the standard version.

Sustainable Upgrade via Conversion Kits
To make it easier for existing customers to switch to the XL version without having to replace functional parts, BOXIO will soon offer special conversion kits. The existing toilet divider or sink attachment, as well as all screws, can be reused exactly as is. To upgrade from the standard to the XL size, all you need to do is purchase the empty, taller Eurobox and the correspondingly larger canisters or solid waste containers. Additionally, the WASH retrofit kit includes slightly longer water hoses.
