Conditions of the BOXIO RACK competition
Competition conditions for the "RACK competition" on boxio.de
1. Organizer
The organizer of the competition is Duschkraft GmbH, hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer".
2. Eligibility to participate
Eligible to participate are persons aged 18 and over who are resident in Europe. Employees of the organizer and their relatives are excluded from participation.
3. Participation
Participation in the competition takes place on the boxio.de website and subsequent registration on the competition form on the RACK competition page. Participation is free of charge and independent of a purchase or order.
Participation from the age of 18, only in Europe. Winners will only be notified by e-mail.
5. Prizes

6. Determining the winners
The winners will be selected at random after the end of the competition from all participants who have registered correctly. The winners will be notified by e-mail.
7. Data protection
Personal data must be provided in order to take part in the competition. The organizer undertakes to observe the data protection regulations and not to pass on any data to third parties unless this is necessary for the running of the competition.
8. Liability
The organizer is not liable for technical problems that affect participation in the competition or the determination of the winners.
9. Changes to the conditions and termination of the competition
The organizer reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the competition at any time or to terminate the competition without prior notice and without giving reasons.
10. Legal process
Legal recourse is excluded.
11. Final provisions
Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining competition terms and conditions. The law of the country in which the organizer has its registered office shall apply.
