1. Organizer

The organizer of the giveaway is Duschkraft GmbH, hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer".

2. Eligibility

Persons aged 18 and over residing in Europe are eligible to participate. Employees of the Organizer and their relatives are excluded from participation.

3. Participation

Participation in the giveaway takes place on the boxio.de website, followed by registration for the newsletter on the dedicated "boxio.de" page. Participation is free of charge and does not depend on a purchase or order.

4. Requirements for participation

Participation from 18 years of age, in Europe only. Winners will be notified exclusively by email.

5. Prizes

Prize 1 = RACK Bundle of your choice, without mattress
Prize 2 = Toilet Max+ of your choice (5 or 7 L)
Prize 3 = Wash Max+ of your choice (5 or 7 L)
Prize 4 = Fire Bundle + set of 2 Chairs
Prize 5 = Kitchen Plus

6. Selection of the winners

After the giveaway ends, the winners will be drawn at random from all participants who have registered correctly. The winners will be notified by email.

7. Data protection

Information on data processing and declaration of consent for the giveaway

Participation in the giveaway requires the provision of personal data. The Organizer undertakes to comply with the applicable data protection regulations, in particular the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

In order to hand over and deliver the prizes, it is necessary to pass on personal data (e.g. name, address, email) to the respective sponsors or cooperation partners who provide or ship the prize or are commissioned with handling it. The sponsors and cooperation partners are obliged to process the data received in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations.

By taking part in the giveaway, the participant expressly agrees that the personal data provided may be passed on to the sponsors of the selected prizes. Participation in the giveaway is not possible without this consent.

Consent may be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future. However, withdrawing consent means that participation in the giveaway is no longer possible and a prize already won can no longer be awarded.

Participants have the right to obtain information about the personal data stored at any time and to request the correction, deletion or restriction of the processing of this data. They also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection supervisory authority.

By taking part in the giveaway, the participant confirms that they have taken note of the above data protection provisions and expressly consents to the described processing and disclosure of their personal data.

8. Liability

The Organizer is not liable for technical problems that affect participation in the giveaway or the selection of the winners.

9. Changes to the terms and termination of the giveaway

The Organizer reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time or to end the giveaway without prior notice and without giving reasons.

10. Legal recourse

Legal recourse is excluded.

11. Final provisions

Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The law of the country in which the Organizer has its registered office shall apply.
