The "bag" is a disaster

I can understand that a storage bag like this can only cost 0.03€ to manufacture. But the fact that it’s leaky and I lost a dozen marbles the first time I used it because the darn bag is sewn so poorly that marbles fall through the holes... that’s just not acceptable.

Hello,
I’m sorry to hear that you had such a bad experience with our beads. It’s completely understandable that you’re upset—this kind of thing simply shouldn’t happen.

Please contact our support team directly via email so we can resolve this issue for you without any hassle. We’ll, of course, send you a replacement.

Thank you very much for your honest feedback; we take this very seriously!

These little balls are great for cleaning liquid containers

These little balls are great for cleaning liquid containers.
When you shake the container, they really roll into every nook and cranny, ensuring a spotless clean. Since they’re made of stainless steel, they’re also easy to clean—even with hot water and a little dish soap.

Hi Karsten,

Thank you so much for your great feedback! It’s awesome to hear that the cleaning beads are working so well for you and that even the corners of the containers are getting clean. That’s exactly what they’re designed for 😊. If you have any more questions, we’re always happy to help.
